Returns & Exchanges

As items are sourced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Conditions

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
